To proceed with the verification of your profile, please follow the steps below to upload your KYC documents via your Client Area:
Go to the Doo Prime Client Portal and log in with your credentials.
Once logged in, click the "Complete your application" button as shown below:
You can also go directly to the Profile section from the menu on the left and select “Complete your application.”
Fill in all the required personal information, then click “Continue” to proceed.Once you have completed your application, go to the Profile section in the left-hand menu.
On the right side, next to Identity Verification (Required), you will see a blue Upload button.
You can also go directly to Profile > Upload Documents.
You’ll find a dropdown menu where you can select the document type — such as Identity Verification or Proof of Address — and proceed with the upload.
Ensure that the documents are clear, cropped, in color, and readable.- After uploading your documents, they will appear with the status “Pending”, indicating that they are under review.
- Once the review is complete and your documents have been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your documents are approved and the verification process is complete, your account status will be updated, and you'll be fully verified!
