How to Verify your Payment details

To ensure a smooth and secure withdrawal process, you must first verify your payment details by submitting them for approval. This guide will walk you through the steps to get your payment information approved:


  1. Access Payment Details Section:
    To begin, log in to your Client Portal. Navigate to the "Funds" section in the main menu, then go to "Payment Details".

  2. Select Payment Method and Complete Form:
    In the "Upload Payment Details" section, use the dropdown to select your preferred payment method for your withdrawal. Once selected, a form will appear. Carefully complete all the required fields with your information (such as Beneficiary Name, Bank Account Number, etc.).

    Once all details are entered, click "Submit".

    Note: all payment details provided must belong to the client (account holder) and not to any third party.

  3. Await Approval and Check Status:
    Once submitted, your payment details will undergo a review process for approval. You can check the real-time status of your submission under the "Uploaded Payment Details" section on the right side of the page. Approved methods will be marked accordingly.




By following these steps, your payment details will be successfully verified. This crucial step enables you to proceed smoothly with your withdrawal requests.
