Why is my trading disabled?

In order to be able to start trading, one must have a fully verified and funded account (if deposit exceeds $2000)


Note: You may start trading if you have deposited up to $2000 without providing your Proof of Identity(POI), but you will not be able to withdraw funds before providing your POI.

 

If you're trying to open a trade and you receive the notification 'Trade is Disabled', please see below the possible reasons for this:

  • The account is on Read Only (Not fully verified or funded account)

  • Missing Documents

  • Funds below the minimum amount required to open a position

  • The market is closed for the specific instrument

If your account is fully verified and funded and the market is open for the specific instrument and you are still not able to open a trade, please contact en.support@dooprime.com for assistance, or start a live chat to speak with one of our support officers.
