Why is my trading disabled?

In order to be able to start trading, one must have a fully verified and funded account (if deposit exceeds $2000)

Note: You may start trading if you have deposited up to $2000 without providing your Proof of Identity(POI), but you will not be able to withdraw funds before providing your POI.

If you're trying to open a trade and you receive the notification 'Trade is Disabled', please see below the possible reasons for this:

The account is on Read Only (Not fully verified or funded account)
Missing Documents
Funds below the minimum amount required to open a position
The market is closed for the specific instrument
