To withdraw funds from your Doo Prime account, which are exclusively processed from your Wallet, please follow these steps:
- Access Withdraw Funds & Manage Payment Details:
Log in to your Client Portal. Navigate to the "Funds" section in the main menu, then click on "Withdraw Funds".
Important: Withdrawals can only be processed once your payment details have been reviewed and approved. If you haven't yet submitted or verified your payment details, a link will appear on the withdrawal page to guide you through this process. For a complete guide, please see: How to Verify Your Payment Details. - Select Withdrawal Method and Details:
Once your payment details are ready, select your wallet to withdraw from in the "Withdraw From" field. Then, choose your preferred payment method from the available options (e.g., Cryptocurrency, Local Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, eWallet, Credit Card).
You will then need to select your approved payment details for the chosen method. Click "Continue". - Enter Transfer Details:
In this step, specify the amount you wish to withdraw. Once the amount is entered, click "Continue".
You will also see the Minimum Withdrawal Amount for your chosen method and Commissions and Fees, if any.
- Confirm Withdrawal Details:
Review all the details of your withdrawal request on the confirmation screen. After verifying that all information is correct, click "Continue" to finalize your request. - Track Your Withdrawal Status:
Once your withdrawal request is submitted, it will be in a pending status.
You can monitor its progress under "Funds" > "Transactions History" in your Client Portal.
From there, select the "Pending Transactions" tab to view your withdrawal requests.
You will also have the option to cancel Withdrawal if needed.Following these steps will successfully initiate your withdrawal request!Your funds will be processed according to the selected method and relevant processing times.
