- MT4 and MT5
2. Is cross server allowed?
- YES. Follower does not have to be on the same server as Provider. Also cross-platform copying (MT4 > MT5) is allowed.
3. Is cross-account type allowed?
- Yes, Follower (STP, ECN, Cent) can follow any Strategy (STP, ECN, Cent)
4. What currencies are allowed?
- USD
5. How can I become a Provider?
- Please login to your client portal, select Flexible copy trading > Register as Provider. Enter your full name, email and password. You will receive verification code via email. You will them be asked to add MT account. Once done, as a next step, create your first strategy.
6. Can a Provider copy other Providers at the same time?
- Not from the same profile. You will need to register as Provider using one email and then register as Copier using a different email.
7. Can a Provider create more than one strategy?
- Yes, a you can create more than one strategy, but each strategy has to be attached to a different MT.
8. Can a strategy be private?
- Yes, strategy can be public (available for anyone to join) or private (not showing in Providers Rating).
9. Where can I find a strategy link?
- Please click on 3 dots next to a strategy and select "Copy strategy link"
10. Where are my fees paid?
- You will need one MT for your strategy and another MT as a payout MT. All the fees will be paid to your payout MT. You will be asked to add your payout MT when creating your first strategy. Note that payout MT has to be USD accounts and cannot be used at the same time for a strategy or copying.
11. What fees can a Provider charge?
- Performance fee (PF): paid at the end of trading interval
- Registration fee (RF): A one-time fixed USD fee when a Copier is joining a Provider (Strategy)
- Management fee (MF): A % of every deposit that a Copier makes when following a Provider (strategy)
12. What are the available offer intervals?
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual.
13. How is Performance fee calculated?
- Performance fee is based on the HWM calculation, including floating PNL.
14.Where can a Provider see all the fees?
- All fees can be checked via My Wallet > Transaction History. Performance fee can be also checked via PF Report.
15. Is agent fee available?
- Yes, agent fee % is available. Please contact your account manager or our Support team to set it up.
16. How can I become a Follower?
- Please login to your client portal, select Flexible copy trading > Register as Follower. Enter your full name, email and password. You will receive verification code via email. You will them be asked to add MT account. Once done, select a Provider of your choice and click on Copy.
17. Can a Follower also trade?
- Yes, a Follower can use one MT to copy a strategy and also trade at the same time.
18. Can a Follower modify or close copied trades?
- Yes, a Follower can copy a strategy, self trade, and modify or close manually copied positions.
19. Can a Follower follow more than one strategy?
- Yes, a Follower can copy more than one strategy at the same time.
20. Can a Follower copy open trades?
- YES if Provider and Copier are on the same server. For cross-server copying, option to "Copy open positions" is not available.
21. Can I copy a strategy with more than one MT?
- Yes, you can copy a strategy with multiple MTs using different copying parameters.
22. What copying modes are available?
- Equity proportion, multiplier and fixed
23. Can I set any risk parameters?
- Yes, you can enable Max Loss and/or Max Profit. In case your risk settings are reached, you will be detached from a strategy. You can also specify what actions should be taken once your risk settings are reached: keep open positions, close all or close unprofitable.
24. Can I edit my copying parameters?
- Yes, you can change copying mode or disable / enable / change risk settings at any time.
25. Can I add a Provider to my Watchlist?
- Yes, if you are not ready or do not want to copy a Provider yet, click on a ★ next to "Copy" button to add to your Watchlist.
